Proposal for Creative Media Production
I will be making a film poster at 40" x 60" to advertise at bus stops. It will also be made with the size 27" x 40" to place on cinema walls.
The poster with affect the film marketing because it will persuade people to watch this film. Including popular stars or stars that play favourite characters as our USP then people will want to watch this film.
The title of the film is 'The Outcasts'. It is called this because it is about the superheroes that people are still wary of, for example: The Hulk's Son (newly added in this film) people are wary because he has the same abilities as his father The Hulk. It will contain the characters: The Hulk's half human son/Brian Banner and some new characters that don't exist yet like Spacia (Space-ee-a), Thundra, Captain Launcher and the new evil: Mandrix. These people are superheroes but people are still wary of them, especially the Brian, because of this they decide to join together. When a new evil arrives and terrorises the city of Sailem, this newly formed group of superheroes strives to prove to everyone that the people have no reason to be wary and that they are capable of defending Sailem.
The genre of the film would be action for the fight sequences and violence contained in the film, it would also be a fantasy film because there are superheroes and a super villain. My intended audience would be Marvel fans about the age of 15-35 as these are the people who would enjoy marvel and because of the violence they have to be at least 15.
On the poster the 'Heroes' will be closer to the front and the villain will be smaller and in the background closer to a corner and a little faded. The setting will be a black screen with a light in the centre to symbolise 'the light at the end of the tunnel' or in this case the future when these outcasts are accepted.
There needs to be a 15 age restriction, can't do anything to damage a person's reputation. I need to get the approval from marvel to use their logo. Get permission to film/photo in a certain location.
